Tucked along the coastline of Nevis, Four Seasons Nevis is a perfect vacation resort for anyone looking to enjoy a luxurious, relaxed, and memorable Caribbean vacation. In June, Four Seasons Nevis invited Ourisman Travel, a top 30 Preferred Partner travel advisory, to the beautiful island.
Bookings and Flights
If you’re coming into Nevis through an international commercial flight, you will land on Robert L Bradshaw (SKB) in St Kitts. Outside the airport, you will be greeted by Four Seasons staff members and escorted to a nearby marina to board a ferry boat with other Four Seasons guests. From there, it’s an 18-20 minutes ferry ride to the gorgeous Nevis Island. You’ll enjoy refreshments of choice as you make the short journey to Four Seasons.
Alternatively, you can arrive in Nevis on a smaller regional aircraft or private jet by flying into Nevis’ own Vance Amory International Airport (NEV).
If you need our assistance with choosing the best option for you, we can assist with your transportation logistics through our Hotel Plus concierge assistance service.
The first thing that catches your eye once you arrive at Four Seasons is the scenic Nevis Peak behind the resort. In a way, the island makes you feel like you are stepping back in time thanks to its old-school feel, fresh crispy air, and buildings that don’t rise higher than a coconut tree.
You are met on arrival by your personal host— we loved how warm and welcoming the personal hosts were— and escorted to your accommodation.
To get the most out of the island, we recommend a 5-6 night stay. This will be enough to enjoy the dormant volcano views, great food, a dreamy town, and a five-star guest experience at the Four Seasons resort.
The nightly rate will depend on when you book (the sooner, the better). The starting rates also depend on your dates and category. For instance, an entry-level Nevis Peak room will cost you between $555—$1770 per night depending on the season.
The rooms are set up with personalized handwritten notes from the Four Seasons (and for you – from your trusty Preferred Partner travel advisor!) with beautiful artistic palm leaves laid out on the bed saying, “Welcome to Nevis.” You will love the warm and friendly staff, most of whom have worked in the resort for years. In fact, Four Seasons is the second largest employer on the island.
Four Seasons has both guest rooms and suites that are housed in gingerbread-trimmed buildings, no more than two stories high. There’s no single room with a bad view of the island. Even the entry-level rooms, Nevis Peak View Rooms, face Nevis Peak, and the Robert Trent Jones II Golf Course. You can enjoy endless sunrises over the cloud-capped Nevis Peak right from your patio or balcony.
The rooms are modern, exquisite, and pretty new, as they were renovated in 2019. They also feature a contemporary design with gorgeous monkey fabric chairs to give you a full sense of the island.
Four Seasons also provides families with young children Ocean Side Rooms with a private patio and access to a fenced-in grass area. This resort has numerous villas and residential offerings to suit every guest’s taste. Most Sunset Hill Villas sit on Nevis Peak, giving you breathtaking views of the Caribbean sea and the island, St Kitts.
Food and Drink
The resort features seven gourmet restaurants and bars you can pick from. Four Season’s cuisine is a combination of localized dining experiences and modern and international cooking techniques. EsQuilina is where your complimentary Preferred Partner breakfast is served (if you forgo room service breakfast). By night, it is a great place to go on a culinary journey with a chef’s table and drink pairings.
Four Seasons also offers complimentary meals for children five years old and under.
For cigar and rum lovers, The Crowned Monkey Rum Bar is great for tastings and enjoying a nice cigar. Repeat guests can even purchase lockers that store their collection of cigars and rums at the bar when they return to the property.
The Spa at Four Seasons Resort Nevis allows you to unwind and lounge in tropical treatments and scents. There’s an adult and family pool, and the renovation of tennis courts is underway. By November 2022, the pickleball courts and the enhancement of the Robert Trent Jones II Golf Course will be complete.
The Resort’s 18-hole signature golf course is woven into the island’s landscape, winding over 6,766 yards from the slopes of Nevis Peak down to the edge of the Caribbean Sea. This makes Four Seasons Nevis one of the better properties in the Caribbean for tennis and golf.
Pro tip: Ourisman Travel can help you book lessons with a tennis or golf pro in advance!
Four Seasons Nevis has some of the best activity experiences you can ever enjoy in Nevis. Team Ourisman can assist with arranging these experiences on your behalf:

Four Season has partnered with the Sea Turtle Conservancy to educate and create awareness about sea turtles in Nevis. They have also collaborated on a program to help researchers study the immigration patterns of endangered species that have made a home on Nevis island. There are three sea turtle species in Nevis: hawksbill, the leatherback, and the green turtle.
One key highlight of our visit to Four Seasons was the release of Brownie, an adult hawksbill turtle named after our affiliate agency, Brownell Travel. Brownie was released on June 24, 2022, with a satellite transmitter. She was found nesting on Lover’s Beach Nevis!
Brownie will participate in the 2022 ‘Tour de Turtles’, and you can track her on the Sea Turtles Conservancy Website.
